Role Summary
This entry-level position invites proactive builders eager to transform ambiguity into actionable progress within the People team. The primary responsibility is to support the People Leadership by spearheading pivotal projects such as employer branding, internal mobility, and global onboarding. The candidate will facilitate coordination among cross-functional partners, drive clarity, and ensure smooth operations, enabling the wider People team to concentrate on empowering employees and cultivating meaningful workplace experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the People team aligned around strategic goals by identifying obstacles and implementing effective processes.
- Lead initiatives from conception to timely execution, aligning with business priorities and delivering measurable impact.
- Assist People leadership in managing complex, sensitive issues to uphold a superior employee experience.
- Collaborate extensively across departments, including with leadership, project teams, environment groups, and new hires globally.
- Maintain and evolve company culture by fostering strong relationships and ensuring that values and special moments are preserved as the organization grows.
Required Skills and Qualities
- Highly resourceful with a builder’s mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Genuine enthusiasm for AI technologies and eagerness to leverage AI to optimize workflows and enhance People operations.

Compensation and Commitment
Notion offers competitive compensation packages including salary, equity, and benefits. For positions based in San Francisco, the approximate hourly wage ranges from $40 to $57, correlating to an annual base salary between $85,000 and $120,000. The final offer considers factors such as geographical location, role complexity, and candidate experience.
