Role Overview

This entry-level role suits motivated builders who excel at transforming uncertainty into progress. You'll assume various responsibilities within the People team, concentrating on executing high-impact initiatives like Employer Brand, Internal Mobility, and Global Onboarding while supporting People Leadership.

You will act as an essential connector and executor, ensuring smooth operations and enabling colleagues to deliver their best work while fostering meaningful experiences across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate People team efforts by aligning around strategic goals and anticipating challenges to maintain momentum.
• Lead projects end-to-end, aligning them with strategic priorities to generate measurable value, embracing feedback and iterative improvement.
• Assist People leadership in handling sensitive, complex issues thoughtfully to enhance the employee experience.
• Collaborate extensively across teams and levels, including leadership, project managers, and new hires, contributing to global organizational scaling.
• Support preservation and evolution of company culture by nurturing relationships and embodying organizational values.

Additional Information

Notion offers competitive compensation packages inclusive of cash salary, equity, and benefits. For San Francisco positions, the expected hourly wage ranges from 40 to 57 USD, equating to an annual salary between 85,000 and 120,000 USD.
