Role Overview
The People Specialist role within Revolut's People Experience team focuses on supporting employees to perform optimally in a structured, high-achieving environment. The specialist collaborates with global teams to maintain and enhance employee experience, from onboarding to ongoing employee engagement and recognition programs, helping foster a people-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the People Experience team in achieving key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and refine processes that enhance employee satisfaction.
- Participate in projects aimed at boosting engagement in targeted areas.
- Manage and regularly audit the employee recognition programme end-to-end.
- Develop innovative solutions to improve user experience and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with external vendors and global people experience teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Oversee the Employee Engagement Service Desk operations.
- Support the organization and execution of global onboarding initiatives.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in a comparable HR or people experience role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills adaptable to diverse personality types and departments.
- Strong passion for cultivating company culture and enhancing employee engagement.
- Proven ability to deliver results in fast-moving environments.
- High emotional intelligence with aptitude for managing complex social interactions within the workplace.
- Capacity to link people and culture initiatives to broader business objectives.
- Experience building effective relationships with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Skill in developing meaningful metrics to measure impact.
- Genuine enthusiasm for supporting others’ growth and success.
- Ability to clearly explain complex topics in simple terms.
- Availability to be onsite 3 days per week at offices in Vilnius or Barcelona, depending on hiring location.
- Fluency in English is required.
Preferred Attributes
- Background in startup, technology, or financial services sectors.
- CIPD certification is advantageous.
- Experience working in multinational or international teams.
- Familiarity with local employment laws and human resources practices.
