Overview
Meta seeks an HR Business Partner to support the AAI divisions, combining hands-on involvement with strategic initiatives to foster a dynamic and innovative organizational culture. This role involves crafting creative, scalable solutions that promote growth and engagement within our teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute tailored strategies focusing on scalability and expansion, encompassing strategic planning, vision setting, talent evaluations, change management, and team development.
- Act as a strategic advisor and coach across all organizational levels, delivering thoughtful business partnerships.
- Continuously evaluate the needs of teams, managers, and the broader organization to propose and implement suitable development interventions.
- Utilize data analytics to deliver detailed reporting aligned with business requirements.
- Lead talent management efforts aimed at supporting team evolution and individual growth.
- Oversee and facilitate the Performance Summary Cycle and employee engagement surveys year-round.
- Collaborate closely with HR units such as Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs to implement scalable solutions.
- Work alongside regional HR partners to align and execute global strategies.
- Support employee relations alongside Employee Relations Partners when needed.
- Design and conduct team meetings and offsite sessions as required.
- Engage and lead in projects within the extended HR community.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience in supporting global, matrixed organizations during phases of scaling.
- Strong judgment with experience assessing business-related risks.
- Skilled in consulting, coaching, and facilitating teams.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and resolve problems strategically.
- Adaptability in rapidly changing settings and ability to build cross-team relationships.
- Data-driven approach to identify insights and drive organizational action.
- Experience in managing projects and change initiatives.
- Empathy and experience in fostering community and belonging at work.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating AI solutions to enhance or redesign workflows, producing measurable efficiency or quality improvements.
- Commitment to ethical AI deployment, including risk assessments, bias reduction, and quality control.
- Continuous development of AI-related skills such as prompt engineering and agent orchestration, staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Compensation and Benefits
