About the role
This is a practical, fast-moving position focused on HR service delivery and systems support. You’ll support employees across the full lifecycle while also helping improve processes and strengthen the employee experience through effective use of technology.
What you’ll do
- Serve as the first contact for employee HR questions
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, leave administration and related HR system issues
- Maintain HR systems, including Dayforce, and help keep data accurate
- Diagnose system problems and provide end-user support and training
- Spot opportunities to simplify and improve HR service processes
- Support upgrades, enhancements and project work across HR systems
- Prepare reports and insights that help guide decisions
- Partner with HR, IT and business leaders to improve service delivery

Additional information
This position involves travel to multiple Sanitarium locations across Australia and New Zealand.
