Role overview
Infopro Digital is hiring a permanent Payroll and Administration Assistant to join its Infopro Digital Services Limited team. The position sits within a varied regional HR function that supports operations across the UK, Republic of Ireland, the USA, Asia and Australia.
In this post, you will work alongside the Payroll Manager to help deliver payroll and employee administration accurately and on time across multiple regions. It is a strong next step for someone with payroll experience who wants broader exposure to international payroll activity, HR support, and developing payroll automation practices.
The role is practical and detail-led, with responsibility for keeping employee information up to date, supporting joiners and leavers, managing benefits administration, and helping ensure processes meet local legal requirements and internal controls.
Payroll responsibilities
- Support the Payroll Manager with end-to-end payroll tasks, including entering, checking and reconciling data.
- Maintain payroll inputs for new hires, departures, contract updates, absences and variable payments.
- Assist with monthly payroll runs by supplying accurate information to payroll providers in each country.
- Review payroll results, payslips and reports, and escalate any issues or mismatches without delay.
- Keep payroll records organised and compliant with audit and regulatory standards.
Benefits administration
- Handle administration for employee benefits such as pensions, healthcare and other company benefit plans.
- Process benefit joiners, amendments and leavers while keeping records accurate and up to date.
- Work with local benefit brokers and respond to employee benefit-related questions.
HR support
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in UK payroll administration.
- Confident using payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, with an organised, process-focused and adaptable working style.
