Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivational People & Service Team Leader to enhance our store performance and foster a team environment that champions exceptional customer service. This position supports the People & Service Manager by developing staff, maintaining high visual and operational standards, and pushing sales, conversion, and key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and exemplify outstanding customer service across the store team consistently.
- Cultivate an inclusive and diverse workplace culture where all team members feel respected and appreciated.
- Promote wellbeing by serving as a direct communication conduit for the team.
- Confidently manage store operations across various departments including product and overall operations.
- Assist the People & Service Manager in ensuring the best customer experience through excellence in service, people management, store appearance, and operational effectiveness.
- Empower the team to prioritize customer experience in all decision-making processes.
- Utilize commercial tools proficiently to guide and stimulate actionable insights.
- Take responsibility for achieving store KPIs such as sales, stock loss, payroll control, conversion rates, customer feedback, RFID management, and people-related metrics.
- Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations within the store environment.
- Support the growth and motivation of the store team, fostering high performance and recognition of individual contributions.
Candidate Profile
- Previous retail experience, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong passion for fashion with an up-to-date awareness of current trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of inspiring and motivating others to perform at their best.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to flourish under fast-paced, changing conditions.
- A genuine enthusiasm for our products to help deliver a superior customer journey.
