Job description

About VulnCheck

VulnCheck is building cyber vulnerability intelligence products that help security teams respond sooner and with greater confidence. The company’s platform combines early exploit intelligence, strong asset correlation, and contextual analysis so organizations can better track and react to emerging threats.

Role Overview

VulnCheck is growing quickly worldwide, and this newly formed People Operations role is meant to strengthen the systems and processes that support employees across regions. You will help bring structure and operational discipline to the People function, with a strong focus on employee experience, global HRIS implementation, compliance, and benefits operations. The position is part of a lean People team, reports to the Director of Talent, and offers significant ownership and visibility across the company. This is a fully remote role, with preference for candidates based in Greater Boston, MA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the employee lifecycle from start to finish, including onboarding materials, I-9 compliance, exit conversations, and offboarding steps that vary by jurisdiction.
  • Set up and manage benefits administration across the US, UK, and Singapore, while also maintaining a compliance calendar for multiple countries and supporting transitions from EOR arrangements to direct employment.
  • Design and run performance review logistics, including scheduling, calibration support, and template setup, and ensure performance information is captured in the HRIS for compensation planning.
  • Create reporting and analysis around new-hire feedback, exit trends, and employee attrition so leadership can act on clear people insights.

What You Need to Succeed

  • At least 3 years of experience in People Operations, HR, Recruiting Operations, Benefits coordination, or a similar role, ideally in a startup or fast-growing company.
  • Practical experience using current people systems and tools.
  • A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to anticipate issues and juggle several priorities at once.
  • Proven capability handling HR compliance across multiple regions or countries.
  • A strong systems mindset, with the habit of documenting processes and maintaining them over time.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy with data, and the ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • A hands-on attitude and willingness to step in wherever needed to keep things moving.

Preferred Background

  • Experience supporting remote, globally distributed teams and building scalable programs that strengthen connection, engagement, and the employee experience.
  • Interest in or experience using AI to automate work, improve processes, and shape the future of People Operations.

Benefits and Perks

  • Unlimited paid time off.
  • 401(k) plan with company matching.
  • Broad healthcare coverage.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Flexible remote-friendly work environment.
  • Reimbursement for cell phone and internet expenses.
  • Ongoing coaching, professional development, and learning support.
  • Opportunities to grow your career within a rapidly expanding team.

Compensation

The company offers competitive pay based on experience, along with equity and, when relevant, performance-based compensation. Details about the total rewards package can be discussed during the interview process.
