Role Overview
The business is looking for an HRIS Specialist in Khobar to support, manage, and enhance its SAP SuccessFactors environment. The role is centered on Employee Central and the Recruitment module, and it calls for 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Take ownership of day-to-day administration, setup, and ongoing upkeep of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and the Recruitment module.
- Investigate platform issues, resolve support cases, and help maintain accurate and reliable HR data.
- Design, update, and manage workflows, business rules, and tailored reports that support HR operations and hiring activities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of practical HRIS experience, including direct configuration work in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruitment.
- Solid grasp of complete HR and recruiting processes from end to end.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a closely related discipline.
