Job description
Team Overview
The People Operations & Services team focuses on delivering a smooth employee journey from entry to exit. The group manages core HR operations such as onboarding, benefits administration, employee support, and HR systems, while partnering with internal HR teams and external business partners to keep processes running efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare weekly materials for relevant stakeholders to support a seamless onboarding process.
- Handle employee questions related to benefits and claims by responding to system tickets quickly and accurately.
- Keep the HR chatbot content current by updating documents so employees can find the latest HR guidance and use the tool effectively.
- Support the collection and review of HR service request data from local and regional teams, and help identify ways to improve workflows and service delivery.
Requirements
- Applicants should currently be enrolled in or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Must be careful with details, well organised, and able to juggle several tasks in a fast-moving setting.
- Should learn quickly, plan well, manage time effectively, and stay organised enough to meet strict deadlines.
- Needs to work well in a team, be resourceful, and maintain a positive, can-do mindset.
- Comfort with unclear or changing situations is important.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Preference is given to full-time interns who can commit for 3 to 6 months.
