Job description

Role overview

This position is based in Hyderabad and follows an office-first working model. Most of the work is expected to happen on-site, with flexibility to work remotely for up to 20% of the time, which is equivalent to one day each week.

The role is centered on turning people data from a Workday-based technology environment into meaningful insights that support smart, strategic decisions. You will analyze HR data, spot patterns and opportunities, and help improve the employee experience through evidence-based recommendations. The position also involves working closely with HR partners and stakeholders to strengthen a data-literate culture and improve reporting capabilities within R&I operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Promote a stronger data-led mindset by advising, training, and guiding stakeholders on how to use data for storytelling and to adopt self-service analytics tools.
  • Work with senior HR leaders, centers of excellence, and business stakeholders to support a positive employee experience across major employee moments and transitions.
  • Build and deliver analytics solutions that support the people insights strategy and help shape important workforce decisions.
  • Convert large and complex data sets into clear stories, insights, and practical recommendations.
  • Prepare concise executive briefing materials for the CHRO and senior HR leadership for quarterly reviews and cross-functional updates.
  • Look for recurring patterns across business divisions and use available data and tools to investigate likely root causes.
  • Keep current on data visualization practices and technologies, and identify ways to improve reporting in line with the people strategy.

Experience and skills required

  • At least 3 years of experience in HR consulting, business partnering, or a generalist HR function.
  • Practical experience in people analytics, including building baseline reports and trend dashboards.
  • Good knowledge of HR processes and the systems and technologies that support them.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects efficiently and deliver results effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid project management ability, including handling multiple priorities and ad hoc requests.
  • Experience with Power BI is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in the Office 365 suite.

Benefits and workplace culture

  • Opportunity to grow in an agile career environment with a dynamic working culture.
  • An inclusive and ethical workplace.
  • Compensation programs designed to recognize and reward high performance.
  • Access to a range of benefits depending on role and location.
