Role overview
We are hiring a proactive and high-impact Manager for Capital Investment & Financial Analytics to join the Integrated Biologics Finance team in Hyderabad, India. This position is responsible for providing clear, end-to-end visibility into capital investments across the business platform, making sure they stay aligned with strategic priorities and financial objectives. The role also leads financial modeling for organic growth initiatives and delivers analytics that guide investment choices. By working closely with teams across functions, this person will help strengthen financial transparency and support decisions backed by data.

Key responsibilities
- Generate practical financial insights by leading advanced analysis and performance reviews that support both strategic and day-to-day decisions.
- Maintain full visibility over capital spending by preparing and reviewing CapEx reports, including comparison of actuals versus budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans.
- Build and manage financial models for growth projects, using ROI, NPV, and payback assessments to help rank and prioritize investments.
- Support strong business cases and investment submissions by preparing materials for leadership and investment review forums.
- Help enforce CapEx governance and compliance by supporting approval workflows and following Group financial policies and accounting requirements.
- Strengthen reporting and analytics by improving tools, workflows, and data clarity.
- Work with partners in Operations, Engineering, Project Management, and Site Finance to support planning, monitoring, and financial control of capital projects.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Capital Investment Finance in a complex business setting. Strong knowledge of capital expenditure management is important, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You should be comfortable with advanced financial modeling such as ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback analysis, and have experience using those tools to inform investment decisions. Experience preparing business cases and evaluating investments is also required, along with the ability to translate financial findings into strategic advice. Strong analytical capability, solid Excel skills, hands-on work with Power BI and dashboards, and the ability to create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations are expected. Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills are essential, especially when working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
