Role overview
Mandarin Oriental, Doha is seeking a People & Culture Trainee to support the People & Culture team. This role is based in Doha, Qatar, and sits within the People & Culture department. The position supports administrative work across the division to help uphold the company’s culture, standards, and vision. The role reports to the Director of People & Culture.

What the role involves
The trainee will provide administrative support to the People & Culture functions at the property and help ensure that policies, procedures, and internal standards are followed consistently. The role calls for a professional, dependable, and service-oriented approach while handling day-to-day requests and supporting action plans across the department.
