Role Overview
The People & Culture Specialist will act as the Talent Acquisition Champion within the People & Culture Center of Excellence. This position supports the full employee journey, with the strongest focus on hiring strategy, workforce planning, candidate experience, onboarding, and organizational growth.
This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment and wants to help build strong teams, meaningful employee experiences, and scalable people processes.
Key Responsibilities
The role includes leading and improving hiring efforts, partnering with leaders on staffing needs, and helping shape the company’s workforce strategy. It also involves supporting employee operations, onboarding, engagement, and HR administration.
Employee Experience and Culture
In addition to recruitment, the position supports onboarding, employee data management, HRIS upkeep, employee relations, engagement initiatives, wellness programs, training coordination, and compliance-related tasks. The specialist is expected to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Required Background
The company is looking for someone with a strong interest in talent acquisition and people operations, who can manage several priorities at once and recruit for multiple roles simultaneously. Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, attention to detail, confidentiality, and a collaborative, proactive mindset are important for success in this role.
Qualifications
An associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience can be considered. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support. Experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment is considered an advantage.
Compensation
This is a salaried exempt position with a pay range of $70,000 to $85,000 per year.
