About the Role
Join a well-established not-for-profit organization in Tasmania as a People & Culture Manager located in Hobart. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position provides leadership for a workforce of around 300 employees. The role focuses on guiding workforce planning and advancing organizational culture and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the people strategy during a critical growth period.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior management team.
- Implement significant cultural and workforce transformations.
- Take charge of the People & Culture function, offering reliable guidance across recruitment, employee relations, leadership development, and organizational improvement.
- Prioritize workforce planning, then expand efforts to bolster recruitment, skill-building, and cultural development.
- Enhance HR systems, procedures, and frameworks to support sustainable future growth.
- Strengthen internal relationships, champion accountability, values-driven leadership, and foster a unified and positive workplace environment.
