About the Role
We are collaborating with a rapidly expanding B2B technology firm seeking an experienced People & Culture Manager. This pivotal position focuses on steering HR strategies and providing pivotal support across vital business units. The ideal candidate will excel in a cooperative setting, partnering with leadership to cultivate strong teams, improve employee experiences, and spearhead culture-enhancement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic HR leadership and advisory support to assigned business units.
- Collaborate closely with leaders on employee relations, talent strategy, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Ensure uniform implementation of HR programs, policies, and processes.
- Lead recruitment activities for open roles within designated teams.
- Work with hiring managers to outline job requirements and conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
- Facilitate onboarding programs and manage employee lifecycle events such as promotions, transfers, and exits.
- Advise management on workplace issues, policy interpretations, and compliance matters.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations to resolve employee concerns.
- Coach leaders through performance evaluations, development planning, and corrective actions.
- Support initiatives to foster a positive, engaged, and high-performing organizational culture.
- Coordinate with People Operations on HRIS, reporting, and administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- 6 to 12 years of progressive HR experience within a B2B technology context.
- Demonstrated expertise managing the full employee lifecycle as a People & Culture Manager.
- Strong background in employee relations and HR business partnership.
- Proven skills in coaching leadership and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading recruitment, performance management, and engagement programs.
Additional Information
- This is a full-time position requiring a hybrid schedule with three days onsite per week in New York City.
