Role Overview
The People & Culture Manager role at AV is a blend of strategic leadership, culture cultivation, coaching, and operational partnership. Working closely with the Chief People Officer and organizational leaders, this role focuses on designing and executing programs that enhance employee engagement, leadership development, and a collaborative company culture.
You will influence how AV scales its culture, supports growth and change, and shapes the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and continually refine the employee experience throughout the entire lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing development, engagement, and retention.
- Create immersive onboarding processes to help new employees integrate quickly and feel connected to AV’s culture.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives including pulse surveys, feedback mechanisms, recognition systems, and activities that build culture.
- Collaborate with leaders to improve team dynamics, communication, collaboration, and overall engagement.
- Act as an empathetic and trusted advisor to employees and managers balancing care with business objectives.
- Support the reinforcement and growth of AV’s cultural foundations to maintain a strong and productive workplace.
- Coach managers to bolster leadership skills, team performance, and coaching capabilities.
- Facilitate performance reviews, career growth conversations, and provide managers with tools and guidance for talent development.
- Develop scalable learning programs and conduct workshops aligning with evolving organizational needs.
- Participate in organizational and talent planning during phases of growth.
- Collaborate on designing and enhancing People programs, policies, and operational processes consistent with AV’s culture and priorities.
- Identify and implement process improvements and workflow simplifications to enrich employee and manager experiences.
- Optimize HR technology systems for streamlined, automated, and scalable People operations.
- Leverage employee feedback, data, and insights to recommend continuous improvements.
- Support change management initiatives and assist leadership in navigating organizational growth successfully.
Candidate Profile
- Preferred bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in roles including People Operations, Employee Experience, HR Business Partnering, Talent Development, or comparable People & Culture functions.
- Proven track record in dynamic, fast-paced, and growing environments requiring adaptability and strong execution.
- Excellent relationship-building and coaching abilities with influence across all organizational tiers.
- High emotional intelligence; adept at managing sensitive matters with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Experience in designing, implementing, or enhancing People systems, workflows, and employee programs.
- A strategic thinker capable of independent execution and driving projects to completion.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative, humble, and solutions-driven mindset.
- Genuine passion for fostering meaningful employee experiences and cultivating vibrant teams.
- Authorization to legally work in the United States is required.

Compensation Details
The annual base salary range for the position is $100,000 to $120,000, reflecting a base compensation estimate based on experience, skills, and qualifications. Additional remuneration may include equity shares, corporate bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package subject to plan terms.
