Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Director of People & Culture (P&C) – Retail, this pivotal position partners closely with regional P&C Business Partners and management teams to support the full employee lifecycle. The role involves assisting regional store leadership, addressing employee issues, conducting investigations, and contributing to store expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between employees and leadership, offering guidance on growth, coaching, and employee acknowledgment.
- Respond empathetically and promptly to associate inquiries and concerns while ensuring fair and consistent application of P&C policies.
- Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships within People & Culture and retail teams to foster effective teamwork.
- Support P&C Business Partners in managing and streamlining business operations.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives to boost effectiveness.
- Identify development opportunities within the business and recommend solutions such as policy revisions, trainings, and recognition programs.
- Work with P&C and Employee Relations partners to manage performance challenges and conduct low-risk investigations ensuring alignment with company values and policies.
- Manage key HR programs and initiatives ensuring smooth implementation aligned with company objectives.
- Maintain employee records ensuring compliance with all relevant laws.
- Comply with all applicable federal and state HR regulations.
- Additional duties as required.
- Travel approximately 15%, visiting various company locations 1-2 times per quarter or as necessary to provide onsite support and ensure policy alignment.

- In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite or comparable software.
- Ability to quickly adapt and use HR information systems and talent management software.
