Role Overview
We are seeking a People & Culture Executive to join our dynamic People & Culture team. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, demonstrates integrity and respect, and embraces growth and learning. You will partner with business units to deliver HR support, ensuring smooth employee experiences throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with People & Culture business partners and other stakeholders on recruitment processes including scheduling interviews and preparing letters of appointment for successful candidates.
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and overall employee lifecycle activities for assigned units to ensure seamless transitions.
- Enhance employee relations initiatives to boost workplace morale and operational efficiency.
- Administer and implement People & Culture policies and procedures within the hotel.
- Maintain accurate and secure employee data records.
- Oversee colleagues' communication platforms, including noticeboards and engagement channels.
- Plan and coordinate activities and programs to foster colleague engagement.
- Ensure upkeep and maintenance of colleagues’ facilities such as locker rooms, cafeteria, resting areas, and notice boards.
- Handle administration of benefits and claims for staff.
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or similar fields.
- Have at least one year of relevant experience in a comparable role.
- Preferably experienced as an HR Business Partner within the hotel or tourism sector.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrate an outgoing and people-oriented personality.
- Show initiative and eagerness to continuously learn and grow.
