The company operates from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide, and delivers property strategy, asset valuation, rating and taxation services, and litigation support across all major property sectors.

With a team of more than 120 specialists nationwide, M3 Property brings together industry expertise, market insight, and data-driven thinking to achieve reliable, high-quality results for clients.

About the role

M3 Property is seeking a People & Culture Coordinator to support the daily operations of the People function and contribute positively across the employee journey. This position is suited to someone who enjoys working closely with people while also handling detailed administrative responsibilities.

You will support recruitment administration, onboarding and offboarding, and the upkeep of employee information in HR systems. The role also involves managing People team inboxes, handling employee queries, and assisting with the delivery of People processes and initiatives across the business.

In addition, you will help prepare payroll by checking and entering data accurately, coordinate activities such as OHS committee meetings, and assist with reporting and documentation. Success in this position will depend on strong organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment-related administration, including support for hiring processes
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities for employees
  • Keep employee records accurate and current in HR platforms
  • Monitor and manage People inboxes and respond to employee requests
  • Support the rollout of People initiatives, processes, and general team operations
  • Contribute to payroll preparation by validating and entering information correctly
  • Organise meetings and activities such as OHS committee sessions
  • Prepare reports and maintain supporting documentation as needed

What you’ll need

To be successful in this position, you should have prior experience in HR or People & Culture administration or coordination, ideally with at least 2 years in a similar role. You will need to be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and capable of producing accurate work in a busy environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with experience working with HR systems and employee data. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is also required, and experience with Employment Hero will be viewed very favourably.

What’s on offer

  • Join a supportive and collaborative People & Culture team
  • Gain exposure to a wide variety of HR activities across the employee lifecycle
  • Access opportunities to grow your career within the People function
  • Work in a social and inclusive office environment
  • Benefit from wellbeing initiatives designed to support work-life balance
  • Enjoy a central CBD location close to public transport, cafes, and restaurants
