Other duties include preparing and auditing monthly reports such as birthday and anniversary lists, ABBR, deductions, and new hire or termination reports. The role also requires keeping the office tidy, maintaining supplies, supporting communication boards and electronic signage, distributing employee materials, and helping organize employee events such as the Employee & Manager of the Month program, holiday celebrations, children’s parties, theme days, and picnics. The coordinator will also maintain employee files, support onboarding steps including orientation, payroll, references, and offer letters, and help keep the cafeteria organized and well decorated during holidays and social events.

The role further calls for the use of office equipment, strong professionalism, adherence to confidentiality standards, readiness to respond to emergencies or safety situations, and flexibility to take on additional assignments as directed by hotel leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
