About the Role

As a People Business Partner for the Commercial division, your primary role is to assist multiple departments in achieving their strategic goals by providing expert HR guidance, resolving people-related issues, and fostering strong relationships. You will collaborate with line managers to ensure effective execution of HR procedures and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the overall effectiveness of talent management and HR practices across departments.
- Implement and monitor HR processes throughout the year, coaching line managers accordingly.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable organizational and people strategies that shape annual capability plans.
- Identify performance challenges and partner with specialist teams to develop integrated HR solutions for teams and individuals.
- Provide feedback on the efficacy of HR initiatives and support continuous improvement.
- Track organizational performance metrics and contribute data to the people/organization scorecard.
- Address local compliance needs, including employee and industrial relations, leveraging specialists as necessary.
- Engage in HR Operations governance to assess service quality and cost effectiveness.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of SAP HR data at the local level.
- Complement People Manager efforts in aligning people agendas with organizational goals.
- Promote usage of HR tools, assess competency gaps, and communicate findings to Learning & Development.
- Cultivate coaching capabilities within line managers through tools, observation, and constructive feedback.
- Support recruitment focused on competencies identified through HR processes.
- Manage integrated HR support by collaborating with specialists and overseeing transactional processes.
- Conduct HR reporting that offers insights driving business decisions.
- Champion the embedding of AB InBev's world-class HR strategies and processes to build a culture centered on high performance and employee engagement.
- Ensure effective application of the HR operating model aligned with business needs to realize departmental strategies and capability development.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Degree in Human Resources or related business field; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
- Preferred experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector.
- Familiarity with Workday HR systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication and coaching capabilities.
- Solid business understanding and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in analytical and diagnostic investigations.
- Customer-centric mindset with credibility and professional presence.
- Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy and timely delivery.
