Role Overview

The People & Culture Operations Specialist is vital for delivering efficient administrative and support services within the People & Culture department. This role ensures smooth daily HR operations and fosters a supportive, positive workplace atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee records both digitally and physically with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Ensure compliance of all documentation with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Guide and support the implementation of P&C operational procedures and initiatives.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding by preparing orientation resources, scheduling induction activities, and managing necessary paperwork.
  • Promote employee engagement through welfare programs and team-building efforts.
  • Analyze employee experience data including survey feedback to enhance workplace culture.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of HR laws in the US and UK, facilitating policy communication and guidance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, provide clear resolutions, and enhance employee experiences.
  • Assist in employee relations by scheduling, documenting, and supporting investigative processes when necessary.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports such as headcount and turnover metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR procedures, workflows, and knowledge content continuously.
  • Lead P&C projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, risk management, stakeholder communication, and successful execution.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in People & Culture, HR, or Operations.
  • Beneficial to have familiarity with UK employment laws.
  • Experience working within a centralized, global People & Culture team environment.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Google Workspace applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities with focus on priorities and deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with professionalism and discretion.
  • Self-driven, proactive approach with a strong commitment to quality work.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work outside standard hours to support global needs.
