- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team including medical, engineering, and operations personnel to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate patient transport.
- Build advanced single-pilot capabilities in a high-trust aviation environment under strong safety and governance frameworks.
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary starting at $140,962 plus superannuation, progressing to $163,909 with experience.
- Additional district allowance up to $18,598, along with not-for-profit salary packaging, regional allowances, and relocation support.
- Relocation assistance for you and your family and housing support options including subsidised housing or accommodation allowances.
- 42 days of annual leave with structured roster patterns promoting work-life balance.
- Career progression opportunities including movement into PC-24 operations and training and checking roles.
- Comprehensive pilot benefits such as aviation medical reimbursement, loss of licence insurance, layover payments, and more.
Candidate Requirements
- Australian Civil or Air Transport Pilot Licence (CPL or ATPL) with current CASA Class 1 Medical Certification.
- Current Instrument Rating and minimum 1,500 total flight hours including at least 60 hours of night flying.

- Availability and commitment to participate in the November 2026 RFDS WA Ground School intake.
- Willingness to commit to regional postings for up to two years.
- Additional experience valued but not mandatory: single-pilot IFR, regional/remote operations, turbine and pressurised aircraft operation, aeromedical or charter flying experience.
Recruitment Process
- Initial phone screening.
- First-round online interview.
- Final assessment including simulator or Flight Training Device (FTD) evaluation.
