The Carreo International is looking for a Payroll Officer to join their restaurant management division. The person in this role will handle payroll responsibilities, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and punctually. Primary Duties

Carry out monthly payroll processing for all staff members
Adhere to labor laws and tax mandates to ensure compliance
Keep precise payroll records for all employees
Work closely with Human Resources to update employee data and resolve any payroll inconsistencies
Prepare detailed payroll reports for management evaluation
Support financial audit processes that involve payroll documentation
Address payroll-related questions and concerns from employees
Participate in the creation and refinement of payroll policies and procedures

Qualifications

Possess a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
Have between three to five years of experience managing payroll functions
Demonstrate thorough understanding of payroll operations and applicable laws
Be skilled in using payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
Exhibit excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Maintain high accuracy and meticulous attention to detail
