Primary Duties

• Prepare detailed payroll reports for management evaluation
• Support financial audit processes that involve payroll documentation
• Address payroll-related questions and concerns from employees
• Participate in the creation and refinement of payroll policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Have between three to five years of experience managing payroll functions
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of payroll operations and applicable laws
• Be skilled in using payroll systems and Microsoft Excel
• Exhibit excellent organizational and time-management capabilities
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
