Job description

Key Responsibilities

As a Payroll Executive, you will be tasked with managing the entire payroll process and various HR operations ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Payroll Administration

  • Accurately process monthly payroll for all staff within established deadlines.
  • Review and validate attendance records, timesheets, overtime, leaves, and other payroll inputs.
  • Compute salaries, deductions, allowances, incentives, and end-of-service benefits meticulously.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and banking representatives concerning payroll matters.
  • Generate detailed payroll reports and ensure payroll reconciliation data is accurate.
  • Adhere strictly to local labor laws and internal company policies in payroll execution.
  • Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll promptly.

HR Operations

  • Keep employee profiles, HR databases, and personnel files updated and organized.
  • Support hiring procedures including onboarding and exit formalities with appropriate documentation and orientation.
  • Assist in preparing employment contracts, offer letters, salary certificates, and other HR communications.
  • Manage tracking of leaves, attendance, probation periods, and contract renewals.
  • Coordinate with PRO teams for visa, labor card, and Emirates ID processing when necessary.
  • Contribute to employee performance management and initiatives aimed at boosting engagement.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure all HR and payroll documentation aligns with UAE labor laws and company standards.
  • Prepare regular HR and payroll reports for management review.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personnel and payroll information.
  • Support internal audits and compliance checks effectively.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines is required.
  • Prior experience managing payroll systems for a large workforce, including blue-collar and site-specific employees, is advantageous.
  • Strong command of advanced MS Excel functionalities for data management.
