Job Overview
The Payroll Analyst is responsible for delivering payroll services to clients, specifically for the US and Canada. This includes comprehensive payroll processing, administration of direct deposits, and management of online pay statements. Key duties involve receiving employee data such as time and attendance records, validating this information, and addressing any discrepancies in payroll information.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage payroll activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Administer direct deposit payments and online pay statement distribution.
- Collect and verify employee data including time and attendance information.
- Follow up to correct any incorrect payroll details.
- Standardize payroll systems and procedures at a global level to enhance efficiency.
- Apply payroll principles and concepts to solve a variety of moderate complexity issues.
- Work with a degree of autonomy under general guidelines for routine tasks and receive detailed instructions for new assignments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant payroll experience.
