What you will do
In this position, you will contribute across the full product lifecycle, from shaping ideas and launching new offerings to gathering feedback and improving the client experience. You will serve as the customer advocate for core cash payments, work with cross-functional partners, and help ensure products are scalable, resilient, and stable.
- Partner with Sales, Service, Treasury, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams.
- Take ownership of product financial performance, including planning, analysis, and delivery against revenue and cost targets.
- Set and execute the Core Cash Payments strategy with an emphasis on innovation, lower risk, cost efficiency, and stronger profitability.
- Act as the go-to specialist for core cash payments across CEEMEA countries.
- Maintain end-to-end accountability for payment processing and execution.
- Contribute to the industry through participation in working groups and similar forums.
- Bring strategic thinking into the product roadmap, client conversations, and market positioning.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to create, refine, and roll out globally aligned solutions and enhancements.
- Prepare and deliver internal learning materials and client-facing presentations.
- Track legal-entity-level risks and external changes, then develop mitigation and opportunity plans.
- Identify product risks and lead initiatives to reduce or remove them.
Required background and capabilities
The ideal candidate brings practical product or solution design experience, a collaborative style, and a strong commercial mindset. Experience in financial services and payments is important, along with the ability to influence stakeholders and execute plans effectively.
- Practical experience designing and implementing solutions for clients or internal process improvement, including roadmap creation and delivery timelines.
- Ability to solve complex problems creatively and develop differentiated solutions.
- Prior exposure to or collaboration with Sales, Service, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Self-driven approach with a willingness to take initiative and move work forward.
- Commercially minded with strategic thinking and leadership perspective.
- Background in financial services and the payments sector.
