Role overview

We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Patient Success Specialist to support patients throughout their experience and help create a smooth, reassuring journey. This position focuses on non-billing patient support, clear communication, and close coordination with internal teams to improve service quality.

What you will do

  • Act as the main contact for patients seeking help with non-billing questions.
  • Provide support for test status updates, portal sign-in problems, questions about testing services, and blood redraw coordination.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and live chat conversations with prompt, helpful service.
  • Work with cross-functional internal teams to address patient concerns and resolve issues effectively.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of patient interactions in Salesforce CRM.
  • Spot possible problems early and escalate them when needed so they can be resolved quickly.
  • Support efforts to improve internal processes and strengthen the overall patient experience.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate communicates clearly, stays organized while managing multiple tasks, and brings a patient-first mindset to every interaction. Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related environment is helpful. Comfort using Salesforce CRM and common office software is also important. Spanish language ability is an added advantage.

Compensation

This remote U.S. role offers a pay range of USD 24.46 to USD 30.58 per hour. Final compensation may vary depending on a candidate’s skills, depth of experience, certifications, and office location, as well as local labor market conditions.
