Role Overview

The law firm is expanding and seeks two Intake Specialists to join the team remotely. This position operates Monday through Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time. As an Intake Specialist, you will serve as the primary contact for new clients, providing comfort, attentively listening to their circumstances, and ensuring they feel supported from the initial interaction. Your work will involve helping individuals plan for the future or supporting families facing loss, with your compassionate presence influencing their overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Responding to incoming phone calls, emails, and online requests professionally and empathetically.
• Qualifying new client leads with care and accuracy.
• Scheduling appointments related to estate planning and estate administration services.
• Utilizing CRM software to accurately document client details.
• Facilitating smooth connections between clients and appropriate legal services to ensure no clients are neglected.
• Maintaining a high standard of genuine care and professionalism in every client interaction.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is from $18 to $23 per hour, with additional opportunities for performance-related bonuses. The exact salary will be based on experience, job duties, and the relevant local market conditions.
