Your Role and Responsibilities
- Lead a cohort in the nursing training program with freedom to design and innovate your course delivery
- Prepare, organize, and deliver practical and engaging lessons
- Provide personalized guidance and support to trainees throughout their education
- Collaborate closely with colleagues, clinical instructors, and partner organizations
- Actively participate in school development initiatives and share your perspectives
In essence, you will be an educational mentor, coordinator, and enabler shaping the future of nursing.
Qualifications
- Completed degree or ongoing Master's studies in Nursing Pedagogy, Medical Pedagogy, or Vocational Pedagogy
- Applicants both with professional experience and current students are welcome
- Financial or time support available for Master's students
