About the Role
Join the premier Ground Handling team at Sydney International Airport as a Passenger Services Delivery Agent. This role involves working in a dynamic, high-energy environment where you will handle check-ins, assist passengers at gates, and contribute to seamless aircraft operations while ensuring safety and compliance with airline policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service for all airline clients, meeting customer requirements efficiently and professionally at all times.
- Perform passenger check-in and related services consistent with airline standards.
- Complete all required documentation and reporting promptly in accordance with service agreements and company policies.
- Support passengers during disruptions, delays, and those requiring special assistance, including wheelchair transportation to/from aircraft.
- Manage baggage handling by forwarding and delivering luggage to passengers as needed.
- Adhere strictly to occupational health and safety regulations and report any incidents immediately.
- Ensure compliance with airline-specific procedures and regulations.
- Exemplify a positive company image through grooming, conduct, and service quality.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure on-schedule aircraft departures, maintaining 100% on-time performance.
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, airline clients, and other stakeholders.

Candidate Profile
- Possess 1 to 2 years experience in customer service roles, especially in high-volume and challenging client interactions.
- Confidence in managing difficult client situations with professionalism.
- Physically able to handle baggage weighing up to 32 kilograms.
- Experience assisting passengers with special needs, including wheelchair support.
- Ability to operate independently and adapt to a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- Willingness to work rostered shifts that cover mornings, evenings, weekends, and operate 24/7.
