Key Responsibilities

• Prepare food items including washing, peeling, cutting, and seeding fruits and vegetables while accurately weighing and measuring ingredients.
• Transport food safely between workstations, stoves, and refrigerators and manage distribution of supplies and utensils.
• Store food following proper wrapping, dating, and rotation procedures in compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure adherence to established sanitation and safety guidelines at all times.
• Follow approved recipes and production standards to maintain quality, temperature, and portion control.
• Deliver friendly and efficient customer service, addressing and resolving complaints courteously.
• Conduct sales transactions including cashier duties such as making change, processing payments, and issuing receipts accurately.
• Maintain cash drawers in compliance with company policies on cash handling.
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies while keeping the service area clean and organized.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrable prior experience in customer service and cashiering roles is mandatory.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly pay ranges between $17.00 and $18.00.
• Full-time schedule with variable days and hours; open all week.
