Key duties

• Oversee and guide the day-to-day parts operation across both the retail counter and workshop channels.
• Support revenue and profit growth through stronger parts sales and disciplined inventory control.
• Champion Toyota Genuine Parts while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Lead, coach, and develop Parts Sales Representatives, Partsmen, and other support employees.
• Track team productivity, performance, and resource use to stay aligned with operational goals.
• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
• Maintain accurate customer and parts records in the company’s systems.
• Assist with forecasting, reporting, stock planning, and inventory optimization.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures, operating standards, and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and role fit

• A diploma or degree; an automotive background is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in automotive parts operations.
• Prior experience leading teams in retail, workshop, or aftersales settings.
