Role Summary

We are seeking a Parts Specialist to enhance our after-sales operations, ensuring outstanding customer care and efficient parts management. In this role, you will oversee the parts department, coordinate activities with various teams and partners, and maintain operational excellence daily.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the after-sales parts department to provide superior customer service.
  • Oversee inventory control including Back Order (BO), Stock Order (SO), and Factory Order (FO) processes.
  • Manage daily parts receiving and dispatch operations efficiently.
  • Complete inventory reviews and order finalizations before each day ends.
  • Operate and maintain the electronic parts catalog system (EPC) diligently.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in parts indicators promptly.
  • Conduct weekly inspections of inventory areas, shipping, and receiving sections.
  • Collaborate with finance teams for monthly inventory audits and reporting.
  • Monitor parts orders to ensure timely delivery and handling.
  • Manage external product responsibilities and execute additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational background in Automotive or a related field at the college level.
  • Training in maintenance technology, management, or equivalent programs.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in automotive repair or related sectors, including at least 2 years in supervisory roles.
  • Mechanical and automotive technical knowledge preferred.
  • Experience or familiarity with Toyota and BYD operational procedures is beneficial.
  • Proficient computer skills with strong application knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills focused on customer service.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and business development capabilities.
  • Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
  • Competence in managing and resolving customer complaints effectively.
