Key Responsibilities

• Manage the warehouse inventory flow by sourcing and distributing parts needed to fulfill service requests, including receiving, picking, and shipping operations.
• Inspect incoming parts to ensure their accuracy and quality, along with verifying related documentation.
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to guarantee parts availability and to plan service jobs effectively.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with local Service teams and suppliers to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Candidate Profile

• Possess professional experience in warehousing and logistics, ideally within the automotive sector.
• Have a sincere interest in automobiles and the motivation to continuously learn and expand your knowledge.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and respectfully.
• Be a cooperative team member, willing to work shifts that may include mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Hold a valid GCC driver's license and maintain safe driving practices.
