About the Role
Join Google as a Partnerships Marketing Manager overseeing Music and Premium Subscriptions in the APAC region, based in Singapore. This role demands a visionary marketer to lead and innovate co-marketing strategies that enhance paid subscriptions and long-term value. You will navigate diverse markets, especially Japan, Korea, and India, serving as the vital link between global directives and local market nuances.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Architect and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for APAC subscription partnerships, aligning YouTube Premium and Music offerings with partner goals.
- Discover, test, and scale innovative co-marketing initiatives, including novel distribution frameworks and lifecycle engagement within partner ecosystems.
- Work closely with partners' multi-disciplinary teams to grasp operational specifics, optimize user experience, amplify creative impact, and smooth marketing funnels.
- Bridge communications between Global Subscriptions Partnerships and regional APAC teams, advocating regional perspectives and embedding local ingenuity into the global roadmap.
- Oversee APAC's performance dashboard, interpreting data to assess initiative success and guide resource allocation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or relevant practical experience.
- At least 6 years in marketing covering areas like growth, product, brand, or social media marketing with exposure to multiple APAC markets.
- Ideally, 10 years in marketing emphasizing partnerships, growth, or performance marketing within APAC.
- Proven ability to launch projects from concept to regional adoption.
- Strong understanding of subscription dynamics, including trial conversion and lifetime value enhancement.
- Skillful in leveraging partner data to shape marketing approach and senior-level presentations.
