Role Overview
The Partnerships Manager for the Gift Cards division will play a vital role in expanding the Shukran Gift Cards business by driving sales across multiple channels including physical outlets, digital platforms, and strategic partners. The position primarily targets growing B2B sales and involves managing partnerships, supporting sales initiatives, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and revenue growth by supporting targets across consumer, B2B, digital, and partner channels.
- Identify and engage potential corporate customers, aggregators, and distributors to boost B2B sales.
- Develop and coordinate proposals, presentations, and offers for both corporate and partner clients.
- Maintain comprehensive tracking of the sales pipeline, client interactions, and performance metrics.
- Sustain and deepen partnerships by managing day-to-day communications, especially with B2B and corporate clients.
- Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new partners including completing documentation and system integrations.
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal departments to ensure proper handling of contracts, invoicing, and compliance.
- Monitor partner sales performance and suggest strategies for improvement.
- Coordinate with marketing to support campaigns that enhance gift card visibility and sales in both consumer and B2B sectors.
- Assist in executing seasonal promotions and partner-specific marketing initiatives both online and in-store.
- Evaluate campaign outcomes and share insights to optimize future efforts.
- Support routine program operations covering gift card issuance, redemption, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Contribute to product launches, feature enhancements, and integration efforts with loyalty and payment systems.
- Work closely with internal teams including Finance, IT, Customer Care, and Marketing to resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth program delivery.
- Analyze key data such as sales, redemption rates, breakage, and channel performance; provide actionable insights to stimulate growth.
- Keep dashboards, trackers, and competitive market data current and useful for decision making.
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in sales, partnership management, or account management, preferably within retail, loyalty programs, or payments sectors.
- A demonstrated passion for sales and business development with a focus on B2B engagements.
- Effective communication and presentation abilities to successfully engage with external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM tools is beneficial.
