Key Responsibilities

  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of the company's market standing, capabilities, and past achievements to align with its commercial strategies.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with approved brands, agencies, and prospective partners to create qualified business prospects.
  • Spot and initiate new partnership opportunities, driving discussions that lead to meetings, proposals, and revenue-generating outcomes.
  • Develop persuasive presentations, agendas, and partnership plans collaboratively with internal leadership.
  • Organize brainstorming and client meetings ensuring smooth coordination and follow-up actions.
  • Manage responses to RFIs, RFPs, and proactive partnership proposals while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.
  • Work alongside brand partnerships and customer success teams to uncover expansion, renewal, and increased investment opportunities.
  • Attend sales meetings, record outreach efforts, and keep CRM data accurate and up to date.
  • Drive outreach, meeting, and pipeline targets consistently.
  • Exemplify company values through professional conduct, persistent follow-through, and a relationship-centered approach.
  • Handle multiple business opportunities simultaneously, ensuring organization and sustained momentum throughout the sales process.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

  • A commercially focused partnerships expert with 5 to 7+ years in sales, partnerships, business development, advertising, media, or marketing.
  • Preferred experience includes working with digital publishers, social media platforms, talent agencies, influencer marketing firms, or creative agencies.
  • Existing connections with brand and agency clients across industries like beauty, fashion, retail, restaurants, wellness, media, or technology are advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of influencer marketing, creator ecosystems, social media platforms, new technologies, and cultural trends.
  • Proven ability to structure strategic partnerships and clearly articulate value propositions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation capabilities to develop clear and compelling sales content.
  • Highly organized with aptitude for prioritizing several projects and deadlines concurrently.
  • Creative problem solver with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
