Role overview

As a Partner Success Specialist, you will help partners get the most value from bolt’s platform by supporting onboarding, resolving operational and technical issues, and driving measurable business results. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to improve adoption, strengthen partner performance, and create a high-quality partner experience in a fast-moving growth environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Work alongside Implementation and Delivery teams during onboarding to help partners launch successfully and build lasting adoption.
  • Act as a reliable daily contact for partners and build relationships that make you a trusted extension of their team.
  • Develop a clear understanding of each partner’s business goals, workflows, and success measures.
  • Convert partner needs into practical guidance for enablement, adoption, and performance improvement.
  • Explain technical and operational topics in a way that works for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Track and manage partner issues, spot patterns, coordinate with internal teams, escalate when needed, and support timely resolution.
  • Review partner health and performance data to uncover opportunities for retention, adoption growth, and expansion.
  • Bring partner feedback back into the business by working with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams.
  • Contribute to better Partner Success operations by improving playbooks, templates, and documentation.
  • Develop strong working relationships across functions to support scalable engagement and operational excellence.

Qualifications and preferred experience

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in customer success, partner success, account management, consulting, or a similar partner-facing technology role.
  • Background supporting customers or partners in fast-paced technology environments.
  • Strong planning and coordination skills, including managing several workstreams at once.
  • Comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong numerical, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving abilities.
  • A genuine interest in delivering excellent customer and partner experiences.
  • Experience using data analysis, reporting, SQL, APIs, or analytics tools is considered an advantage.
  • Experience in insurance, fintech, or embedded technology products is preferred.
  • You must be authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a background check.
