About the role

This opportunity sits within Bolt’s Customer Support function for ride-hailing. It is intended for someone who wants to make a visible impact in a fast-scaling environment, helping shape processes, improve service quality, and contribute to a better customer experience every day.

Although the position is titled as part-time, the listing states that it is actually a full-time permanent employment opportunity. The monthly gross pay is GEL 1060, and there is also a quarterly bonus.

This vacancy is managed by a third party on behalf of a local partner. Bolt Group companies are not directly part of the hiring process.

What you will do

  • Learn how the internal tools and systems work and understand their purpose.
  • Support riders and drivers across several communication channels.
  • Help turn users into loyal advocates by delivering genuine care and strong service.
  • Share ideas and improvements that reduce workload and make support faster and higher in quality.
  • Work on a hybrid schedule with rotating shifts: 03:00–09:00 from home and 09:00–13:00 from the office, except when the shift falls on a weekend or official public holiday.

What we are looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • A clear understanding of high-quality customer support and a willingness to go beyond expectations.
  • A customer-first mindset and a genuine interest in helping people.
  • Curiosity about why customers reach out and the ability to communicate those insights to other teams within Bolt.
  • Strong spoken and written Georgian, plus English at B2 level.
  • Interest in new technology and the ride-hailing space.
