Job description
About Vasion
Vasion is a cloud-based SaaS company focused on making print management, output automation, and digital workflows simpler for organisations around the world. The business has more than 400 employees globally, with offices in the UK, Germany, and the US, and is growing rapidly as it expands across Europe.
This role is an exciting chance to join the company at an important point in that expansion and help shape partner-led growth across UK&I and Northern Europe.
The Role
Vasion is hiring a commercially minded Partner Sales Manager to accelerate revenue through its Reseller and MSP ecosystem across UK&I and Northern Europe. This is a practical, relationship-led position for someone who enjoys building partner trust, bringing new ideas, and helping grow a channel business through close collaboration with sales, marketing, and enablement teams.
The role is based in the UK with flexible or hybrid working, and it involves regular travel across UK&I and Northern Europe.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Creating and putting into action partner strategies and joint business plans that support Vasion's sales objectives for reseller and MSP channels.
- Evaluating each partner's operating model and shaping the collaboration style that best supports shared growth.
- Working with the EMEA field sales organisation to build coordinated go-to-market plans and pipeline initiatives that drive new, add-on, and upsell ARR through partners.
- Meeting partners regularly through visits, planning sessions, and account reviews to strengthen relationships and identify fresh revenue opportunities.
- Leading joint planning meetings, product demos, quarterly business reviews, and executive reviews, while maintaining co-selling activity and clear follow-up actions.
- Using scalable engagement methods to improve pipeline conversion and lift average deal value.
- Developing, managing, and closing partner-sourced and partner-fulfilled opportunities through consistent outbound activity.
- Reviewing partner pipeline data and deal results to spot trends, refine priorities, and improve growth outcomes.
- Owning quarterly and annual partner ARR targets through structured forecasting, funnel management, and accurate reporting.
- Representing partner performance and pipeline progress in weekly internal POD meetings.
- Maintaining a steady communication rhythm with partners to track pipeline status, marketing initiatives, and enablement actions agreed in joint plans.
- Working with Partner Marketing on MDF planning and co-marketing activity to ensure the investment delivers measurable return.
- Leading partner enablement programmes such as sales and technical training, certifications, onboarding, incentives, and MDF support.
- Delivering partner education sessions that help Resellers and MSPs position and sell Vasion's SaaS products using key differentiators and sales tools.
- Identifying execution barriers early and tracking partner readiness and certification progress.
- Acting as the voice of the partner organisation in cross-functional strategy discussions so partner needs are reflected in business decisions.
- Collaborating across sales, marketing, services, and product teams to align partner initiatives with wider company growth plans.
What We Are Looking For
This opportunity is suited to someone at an early stage of their commercial career who is eager to learn, motivated to make an impact, and ready to bring energy and new thinking to a scaling business. Deep industry tenure is not essential; curiosity, drive, and trust-building ability matter most.
- At least 2 years of experience in a commercial, channel, or partner-facing position within SaaS, technology, or print/document management.
- A degree is preferred in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, though it is not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships and work confidently with partners and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Commercial awareness, strategic curiosity, and an interest in how channel ecosystems create value.
- A proactive, self-directed mindset with a strong sense of ownership for problem-solving and delivery.
- Comfort using CRM systems, analysing pipeline data, and making decisions based on evidence and metrics.
- Willingness to travel frequently across UK&I and Northern Europe.
- Experience with reseller, VAR, or MSP models is helpful, but not a requirement.
