Role Overview
We are seeking a VP of Global Partner Sales who embodies our core values and is eager to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of consistently surpassing goals, demonstrating leadership and individual contribution, and a passion for launching new products in the marketplace. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and oversee a premier Partner Program and sales strategy focused on revenue growth via MSPs, Resellers, and Strategic partnerships worldwide.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to set ambitious growth targets and motivate the team to achieve them.
- Lead a high-performing Partner Sales team reflecting company values.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with partners, negotiating agreements from initial outreach through to ARR sales achievements.
- Work alongside Channel Account Managers and sales engineers to understand and fulfill partner and customer needs.
- Design and manage an effective partner program aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.
- Gather partner, market, and customer feedback to inform improvements in products and services.
- Represent Vasion at industry events and conferences.
- Drive partner sales execution to meet or exceed targets, monitor performance, adjust strategies, and maintain accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Coach, mentor, recruit, and develop Partner Sales team members to foster a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Establish a robust framework for partnership evaluation to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage budgets including expenses, headcount, and resources related to partner sales.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to provide partner insights that enhance offerings and scale the partner business.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline.
- 12 to 15+ years of experience leading Channel Account Managers in a dynamic, collaborative channel sales setting.
- Familiarity with software platforms such as Mindmatrix, SFDC, DOMO, or similar.
- Experience selling competitive software and hardware technology solutions in the SaaS industry.
