Overview

Join Regal as a part-time Team Lead in Charlotte, NC, where you will play a pivotal role in supervising theatre operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing various team responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain regular attendance and consistently uphold company policies.
  • Train, develop, and coach non-management team members to boost performance.
  • Perform various team roles as needed to support theatre operations.
  • Ensure guests receive excellent service and satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Operate all projection and audiovisual equipment, including both hardware and software components.
  • Implement and monitor marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Oversee maintenance standards and operational delivery to uphold quality benchmarks.
  • Enforce the company dress code policy diligently.
  • Complete or be in progress with team lead training requirements.
  • Understand and apply all team member level policies and procedures.
  • Exhibit advanced knowledge of emergency, evacuation, and robbery protocols.
  • Report employee performance issues or policy breaches to theatre management for corrective action.
  • Manage risk related to employee and patron safety, loss prevention, and emergency response.
  • Understand and comply with harassment prevention and other regulatory trainings.
  • Undertake additional duties assigned by theatre management.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay of $18.00.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of three months supervisory experience or six months theatre experience with completion of Level 1 Team Member Star Program, or a demonstrated combination of leadership potential approved by district management.
  • Must be of legal age to sell and serve alcohol if duties include alcohol handling, with all required certifications completed via state/local training and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
  • Strong public speaking and effective oral/written communication skills to interact with employees, vendors, and corporate staff.
  • Proficient in basic math calculations performed accurately and swiftly.
  • Solid reasoning skills to identify problems, assess data, and recommend solutions independently.
  • Experience using PC platforms and office software including email, word processing, and spreadsheets; capable of operating office equipment and filing systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with customers, colleagues, and sensitivity to others' feelings.
  • Ability to set goals, prioritize tasks, manage time, and work independently under pressure.

Supervisory Role

Directly supervises an unspecified number of employees in compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
