Part-Time Shuttle Operator - Hospital Shuttle Service in Kitchener, ON

About the Role

Voyago is seeking to hire one part-time Shuttle Operator to provide reliable transportation for hospital staff, shuttling them between designated parking areas and the hospital in Kitchener, Ontario. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving safely, adhering to all hospital and safety protocols, and delivering professional, courteous service to passengers.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle vehicles safely in line with company standards
• Offer courteous and professional service to hospital staff passengers
• Abide by all safety protocols and procedures specific to hospital sites
• Manage multiple shuttle trips efficiently during peak times as needed
• Transport passengers securely to and from staff parking locations
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure proper functioning

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a valid driver’s license class F, B, or C
• Ability to provide a clean driver’s abstract
• Demonstrate safe and defensive driving skills
• Work effectively on own and adapt to changing schedule demands
• Exhibit excellent customer service abilities
• Provide a clear Criminal Record Search including Vulnerable Sector Screening
• Previous experience in shuttle or transit driving considered a plus

Shift Details

• Part-Time Morning Shifts: Monday through Friday, 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Compensation

The pay rate for this position is $20.05 per hour.
