Primary Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in an upscale spa and wellness environment, ensuring a premium customer experience.
• Provide knowledgeable advice on massages and self-care services, manage spontaneous bookings, and assist with customer support requests using the CMS for appointments and client management.
• Engage in active sales by promoting gift vouchers, Soulhouse products, and special editions; identify customer needs and exploit opportunities for cross-selling and upselling through curated product bundles, exclusive add-ons, and seasonal promotions.
• Contribute to attractive product displays in the studio and support marketing campaigns including sales events, bundles, and promotions.
• Maintain smooth reception operations, oversee studio organization, and ensure a clean, welcoming atmosphere.

Key Requirements

• A strong service-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for the wellness and beauty sector.
• Fluent verbal and written skills in both German and English.
• At least one year of experience in guest service roles.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Confident user of iOS devices, digital tools, and modern AI applications.
• Professional and polished appearance along with friendly and open communication abilities.
