Through expert-led massage, assisted stretching, and facework, the company creates spaces where people can slow down, release tension, and reconnect with themselves. With studios in Germany, Austria, and Spain, and more than 100 planned locations across Europe, Soulhouse is expanding steadily, alongside an e-commerce business focused on in-house self-care products.
Your role
As Head of Partnerships, you will be both the strategic driver and the hands-on operator behind a Europe-wide ecosystem of brand partners, ambassadors, creators, and community multipliers. Rather than waiting for direction, you identify opportunities, build relationships, and turn them into scalable structures that make Soulhouse visible and tangible across markets. You will also coordinate external teams in different countries with clear briefs, defined responsibilities, and regular reporting.
Core responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver brand, launch, and community events tied to relevant brand moments, store openings, and community activations.
- Build, grow, and maintain strategic collaborations with carefully selected lifestyle and premium brands.
- Set up and manage ambassador and creator programs in line with Soulhouse brand guidelines, including negotiating and overseeing both organic and paid partnerships.
- Create and execute structured lead-sharing and hospitality partnerships with measurable commercial impact, especially with hotels, gyms, concept stores, and other relevant lifestyle players.
- Lead external partners and service providers across markets, while managing reporting and performance tracking.
- Drive systematic sourcing, outreach, follow-up, and relationship management to build a partnership infrastructure that can scale across Europe.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings solid experience in brand partnerships, influencer relations, and event management, preferably in an international environment. You should be confident handling negotiations, building long-term networks, and representing the brand with strong storytelling and presentation skills. The role also calls for structured project management, comfort working across multiple stakeholders and markets, and a practical, efficient approach to using modern tools and AI in day-to-day work. Fluent German and English are required.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary is €60,000 per year, with up to €10,000 in variable compensation tied to directly measurable commercial impact. This role offers high ownership, genuine decision-making authority, and broad room to shape how partnerships are built from day one. You will work in an international setting with a view on more than 100 studios across Germany, Austria, Spain, and additional growth markets. The team follows an AI-first approach, integrating automation and modern systems into everyday work.
