Role Overview

We are seeking a creative, driven Marketing & Social Media Executive on a part-time freelance basis to enhance and expand our brand visibility and online presence. This position offers flexible and hybrid work arrangements, including remote working options.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee and expand the company’s social media footprint on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, among others.
• Design engaging graphics, videos, and informational content relevant to our services.
• Edit short-form video content and promotional materials.
• Plan, develop, and schedule social media posts and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Support website content updates, blogging activities, and email marketing initiatives.
• Track and analyze social media engagement and effectiveness; suggest actionable improvements.
• Collaborate with advisory staff to create content reflecting the company's expertise and services.
• Maintain and reinforce a consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated prior experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Proficient verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Competence in design and video editing tools like Canva and CapCut.
• A creative approach capable of generating innovative content ideas.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to perform independently.
• Experience working in marketing roles specifically within the financial services sector is preferred.
