Job description
About the Company
Noon Academy is a fast-growing edtech company in the Middle East, serving millions of students and teachers through its learning platform. The organization has secured $41 million in Series B funding and is focused on reshaping the school experience in Saudi Arabia through social, group-based learning and AI. Its long-term vision is to make high-quality teaching accessible to every student, including through virtual access, by combining AI, peer learning, and thoughtfully designed physical spaces.
This is a full-time, Riyadh-based position. The company office is located near Boulevard in Riyadh.
Role Purpose
The role focuses on shaping how parents move through the student experience. The goal is to identify when parents should be informed, when they should step in, when they should step back, and how the organization can guide them clearly throughout the academic journey. This is a strategy and journey-design position that requires cross-functional ownership rather than purely operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Create a complete map of the parent journey across different student profiles and stages of the academic year.
- Define, for each stage, what parents need to know, what they should feel, and what actions they should take.
- Develop a living framework that the wider team can actively use, refine, and update over time.
- Design a clear “step in / step back” model that explains the signals for parent action, the exact action expected, and the point at which parents should hold back.
- Make the intended next step easy to understand and easy to follow for both parents and internal teams.
- Shape parent-facing touchpoints such as events, communications, and milestone moments so each one has a clear purpose and outcome.
- Partner with relevant stakeholders to bring these experiences to life and review what worked and what needs improvement after each one.
- Collect and analyze feedback from surveys, support channels, and event responses to identify recurring journey issues.
- Use feedback and insights to refresh the journey map and highlight where the parent experience is breaking down.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in journey design, product management, or a program-facing role.
- Strong ability to break down complex, long-term relationships into practical and actionable frameworks.
- Proven experience working across teams to deliver outcomes without having direct control over every contributor.
- Fluent Arabic communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative inputs such as surveys, interviews, and support tickets into clear recommendations.
- A structured, analytical mindset with a strong instinct for simplifying complexity.
- Direct and effective communication style with both internal teams and external audiences.
Additional Information
This is a full-time role based onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company is well funded, profitable, and expanding rapidly in the region.
